Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Engram mobile application (“App”) provided by ACS Vietnam Solution and Technology Joint Stock Company (“we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Engram, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Engram for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you save in Engram. You are responsible for the content you capture, import, or store, and for complying with applicable laws. Content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
Optional Premium subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are billed through Apple. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms. To manage subscriptions, use iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
5. No warranty
Engram is provided “as is” for personal offline use. We do not guarantee that OCR, search, or AI answers will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not rely on Engram as the sole record for critical legal, medical, or financial information.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Data loss
Because data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups (including encrypted .engram exports where available). We cannot recover lost PINs, vault data, or device-local files.
8. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
